Acuped Return Policy

Our Invitation:
We invite you to try out our Acupeds and if not satisfied then return any unused pads for a partial refund.
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Important

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call 1(775) 851 9451 or 1(800) 875 9025 to receive a *Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 5 business days of our receiving your return.
